New business and partnerships for your company. Founder led, with AI on the legwork.
I'm Luciano. I've spent 10+ years in business development and partnerships. I negotiated a three way deal with Atlantic, Warner and ADA for my music label, and I've generated £2m+ in new business.

The problem
The usual routes are slow, or junior.
Hiring a junior means recruitment, notice periods and training. An agency usually sends a junior, overseen by an account manager. Either way, the experience and the relationships are often not on your account.
Compared with the alternatives
| Question | Founder ledMe | Hiring a junior | An agency that sends a junior |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | Me, with AI agents on the legwork | One person, learning on the job, plus the time you spend managing them | A junior, usually overseen by an account manager |
| Relationships | Mine, built over ten years, and used on your behalf | Usually still building them | Belong to the agency, not to the person on your account |
| Speed to start | Setup in the first 15 days, with no recruitment | Recruitment, notice periods, then training | Onboarding, then a handover to the team |
Here is how I do it instead.
The service
From first lead to signed deal.
I work with B2B tech and SaaS scale ups first, and with music, creator and entertainment companies and brands.

- Research and profile the right prospects
- Draft outreach in your name, for you to approve

- Set up the workflows, as I did for a premium transport firm
- Keep the CRM up to date
- Follow up on every reply
Step 3 of 5
Partnership deals
You getThe right partners found, approached and looked after, so a deal keeps working once it is signed.
- Find, approach and pitch the right partners

Step 4 of 5

You getThe right people in the room, a clear conversation and a next step agreed.
- Set the agenda and run the conversation
- Keep everyone moving towards a decision
- Prepare background on each person
- Draft the follow up for your approval
Step 5 of 5
Negotiation and closing
You getTerms negotiated fairly and conversations moved to a clear yes or no.
- Negotiate the terms
- Guide the conversation to a clear yes or no
- Keep every open conversation tracked, so nothing goes quiet
Behind each step is a simple split of the work between me and AI agents.
How I work
Me on the relationships. AI on the legwork.
I run the strategy, the introductions and the closing support. AI agents handle the research and the drafting. You approve everything that goes out.

How I think
Becoming an expert takes 10,000 hours.
Failing, learning and stacking those lessons builds judgement. It is why every playbook I run comes from real experience, not theory.

That approach comes from real work, so here is some of it.

Still weighing it up? These are the fair questions.
Questions
Fair questions.
Who sends the outreach?
It goes out from your accounts, in your name, only after you approve it.
How is this different from hiring a junior or an SDR?
A junior or an SDR is early in their career and needs managing, and you pay for recruitment and training before they start. With me you get ten years of experience, my relationships and the founder on your account from the first call. AI agents take the legwork, so my time goes on the conversations that matter.
Who does the work, you or the AI?
Both, and they do different jobs. I run the strategy, the introductions, the pitches and the closing support. AI agents research prospects, draft outreach and send a weekly report. You approve everything that goes out.
Which sectors and company sizes suit you?
I work with B2B tech and SaaS scale ups first, and with music, creator and entertainment companies and brands. The best fit is a company with a clear offer that is ready to take on new business and wants someone senior to lead it. The Fit check call is the quickest way to find out.
What does it cost to start, and is there a contract?
There is a one time setup fee of £995, and all prices exclude VAT. There is a 3 month minimum. After that it rolls month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Will I definitely get new clients?
I can't promise that, and nobody honest can. Results depend on many things. You get senior effort, AI doing the legwork and clear weekly reports. The optional 5% bonus is paid only on deals closed.
